Bookings:-
A deposit, equivalent to the first nights stay, is required to confirm a booking, receipt of which should be made within 5 working days of the booking being made.
Balance payment is due on departure, by cash, or cheque covered by a guarantee card for the full amount.
All cheques to be made payable to Wendy Dickenson.
For close date bookings the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellations:-
In the event of cancellation we will make every endeavour to re-let the accommodation, in which case we will return your deposit or monies paid (subject to an administration fee to cover our costs). Should the accommodation remain unsold the deposit or monies paid are considered forfeit, plus any additional payment necessary to cover consequent loss of revenue.
Therefore we strongly recommend that you insure against cancellation.

Arrival/Departure:-
Arrival time is between 4.00 - 6.00pm (unless otherwise agreed) and departure is by 10.30am to allow for room preparation.

Smoking:-
Please observe the house rules at all times; this is an insurance and health & safety requirement as well as for the comfort and consideration of other guests.

Pets:-
Only working (guide) dogs are accepted (unless otherwise agreed).

Dissatisfaction:-
In this unlikely event any problems should be made known immediately to the proprietors who will make every endeavour to redress the situation satisfactorily.
Any complaints made following a stay cannot be accepted.

Liability:-
No responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any untoward happening, accident, injury, loss or damage, howsoever caused, to guests and/or property, vehicles etc.
Children must always be under responsible adult supervision.
